1. There will be a $35.00 per month late fee for any late payments received.

2. There is a 1.5% interest charge for each month that the payment is late.

3. There will be a $35.00 fee for returned checks.

4. If a customer is not completely satisfied with the work that was performed by JDC Landscaping LLC, they must contact Chris within 24 hours of the completion of the work.

5. If your account goes more than 30 days past due, JDC Landscaping will stop all services

6. A fuel surcharge of $3.00 or 5% (whichever is higher) will be added to all invoices only when fuel is above $3.50 per gallon

7. Once the account is 30 day past due, JDC landscaping reserves the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid from the date on the invoice via collection agencies and/or through small claims court in the event that the outstanding balance does not exceed $5,000.00. 

8. In the event JDC Landscaping needs to seek recovery of monies, the client will be liable for any additional costs including attorney fees.

9. Payments are due within 7 days of the invoice date.

 

Notice of cancellation:

You may cancel this contact without penalty or obligation, within three business days from the date on contract.  If you cancel, any property traded in, and payments made by you under the contract or sale, and any negotiable instruments executed by you will be returned within ten business days following receipt by the seller of your cancellation notice, and any security’s interest out of the transaction will be canceled.

 

If you cancel, you must make available to the seller at your residence, in substantially as good condition as then received, any goods delivered to you under this contract of sale; or you may, if you wish, comply with the instructions of the seller’s expense and risk.  If you do make the good available to the seller and the seller does not pick them up within twenty days of the date of the cancellation, you may retain or dispose of the goods available to the seller, or if you agree to return the goods to the seller and fail to do so, then you remain liable for performance of all obligations under the contract.

 

To cancel this transaction, mail or deliver a signed and dated copy of this cancellation notice or any other written notice, or send a telegram to JDC Landscaping LLC at PO Box 436 Trumbull, Ct 06611 not later than midnight of ___________(date).
